Some of the old stone quarries of the Avon Gorge are open again. They used to be locked. I found this strange monolith.

Evolver

Im thinking of a front cover for an arts magazine. What about this? I've no idea what it's used for.

South Bank Arts Trail.

This weekend is the Bristol South Bank Arts Trail. I was asked to make a few cards with a seaside theme. This one is popular so far. I find it hard to work out what sells and what doesn't and why when it comes to photographs.
More later. (I hope).

Found or Placed.

Sometimes a photographer can wander the land detached and merely recording what he sees. Or, he can participate and arrange things.

Bison in Kings Cross.

I found a strip of half frame slide film. This was on it. It must have been taken in London when I was at college in the 80s. I think its around Kings Cross. Its good to know I can scan and use it without much trouble. Maybe try Super 8 sometime.
