Well, back in the days of film....... I had a Rollieflex twin on a tripod and self timer. But could be any camera. Set up your scene. Use a longish exposure time. Experiment, but adjust aperture to compensate. Looks like I sat still for half the exposure time then moved. Say expose10 secs in all. Sit for 4 0r 5 then move. The strong light differences make it. Ive never tried it with digital yet. x
